Hi, I’m sandra lou Taylor
Sandra’s historical romance books delve into human nature and how to triumph over unexpected challenges. She also creates journals to guide people to finding joy in our messed-up world.
Sitting on the porch, with her two border collies lying by her feet, and watching cattle graze on the hillside, is Sandra’s favorite writing location. Not only does she receive inspiration from nature, but also from her heritage. From that porch, she can observe the homestead where her family has lived since 1925.

Why The sunflowers?
As a sunflower’s vibrant yellow petals follow the sun, it reminds Sandra to seek joyful light throughout the day. The Kansas state flower’s strong stalks symbolize the strength and resilience of Sandra’s ancestors, the people who settled the Kansas prairies.
